Custom Platform Build
Monica had been running speed dating events for years. When she asked whether we could build a matching platform directly into her site, one she owned outright with no SaaS fees or third-party lock-in, we said yes and brought in the right person to build it.
Vanessa was launching Freelancer to Founder, a course for freelancers ready to run a proper business. She needed the full sales flow built in Kajabi: a page that sold the course, a checkout, a welcome experience for new students, and the emails that followed.
Vanessa's course needed more than a sales page. It needed a warm-up system. The evergreen webinar funnel was built to run year-round: register, watch, replay, decide. At the end of that flow, the sales funnel was waiting.
Rachel needed a full Kajabi website for Chase Life Consulting - 5 pages, an opt-in flow, a blog, and brand implementation across every page. She and co-founder David had the brand guidelines, the copy, and a clear direction. The job was to build it right and get it live.
Teegan needed a full challenge funnel built ahead of a live launch - including a sales page, checkout pages with custom upgrade coding, and a welcome email sequence integrated with her course platform. After the live round ended, the funnel was repurposed as an evergreen system so it could keep generating enrolments without any manual work.
Jeanett wanted a webinar funnel that could run year-round alongside Facebook ads - no manual effort, just a consistent pipeline from registration through to replay. The build included a full registration-to-replay flow with automated email sequences timed to maximise replay watch-throughs and conversions.
Alysen needed a complete lead magnet funnel ready ahead of a course launch - an opt-in page that attracted and converted subscribers, a thank you page that set the right tone, and automated email delivery so the lead magnet hit every inbox the moment someone opted in.
Deborah was stepping into the online space for the first time, approaching 65, and the self-build route wasn't keeping pace with her goals. Nusrat built her complete sales funnel using Meg Burrage's Softly Does It Kajabi template - customised specifically for Deborah's coaching offer and client audience.
Jeanett's content existed entirely in Danish, so the goal was to build a structured English funnel framework she could populate herself without getting stuck on a blank page. Strategically placed copy prompts guided her through what to write in every section - turning the build process into a clarity exercise as much as a tech project.
Deborah needed a complete Kajabi website built from the ground up - she was new to the online space and the self-build route wasn't delivering results at the pace she needed. Nusrat built a polished, professional site using Meg Burrage's Softly Does It template, with design customisations tailored to Deborah's brand and coaching practice.
Jenna was moving her Cosmically Confident Group Coaching Programme from Podia to Kajabi and needed the transition handled cleanly - preserving her course structure, student experience, and brand feel. The project covered everything from the student library design to module uploads, thumbnail creation, and a migration offer to bring existing Podia students across.
Jenna needed a complete live webinar funnel to promote her programme, connected across two platforms with no room for technical gaps on launch day. The Flodesk-Kajabi integration via Zapier meant subscribers moved between tools automatically - so Jenna could focus on showing up, not on troubleshooting.
Juan's team at BIS Labels ran a well-established e-commerce operation on BigCommerce and needed a reliable tech resource who could step in and handle ongoing site updates without disruption to day-to-day business. The work spanned more than two years - covering banner image swaps, product copy revisions, adding label specification details like dimensions to product listings, and general content maintenance that kept the store accurate and current.
