This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Nusrat Jahan LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of nusratgeek.com and any services offered through it.

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

All users must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent to use our services.

1. Services

Nusrat Jahan LLC provides tech strategy, website build, and systems support services for coaches and course creators, including:

• Build It — project-based website and funnel builds (WordPress & Kajabi)
• Keep It Running — ongoing monthly tech retainer and support
• VIP Launch Week — intensive launch-week tech implementation
• Launch-Ready Tech Kit — self-paced digital product
• Other digital products, courses, and resources as listed on the website from time to time

Supplemental terms, scope-of-work documents, or contracts provided through Dubsado for individual client projects are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and take precedence for matters specific to that engagement.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts stated.

Payment platforms

Payments are processed through one or more of the following:

• Stripe — for direct purchases via the website
• ThriveCart — for select product checkouts
• Dubsado — for client project proposals, invoices, and contracts

Payment processor terms apply in addition to this Agreement. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even if a payment has been processed.

Recurring charges

For subscription-based services (such as the Keep It Running retainer or any active membership), you consent to your payment method being charged on a recurring basis at the agreed frequency until you cancel. Cancellation instructions will be provided in your service confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. The summary is:

• Project-based services (Build It, VIP Launch Week): No refund once the service is completed. If you change direction mid-project before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on work completed to date.
• Retainer services (Keep It Running): Month-to-month engagements require 30 days' notice to cancel. No refund is issued for the current billing period.
• Digital products: Refund terms are as stated on the specific product page at time of purchase.
• Free resources and challenges: No payment is involved; no refund policy applies.

4. User Representations

By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current
• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent
• Your use of the services does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• You will maintain the accuracy of any information provided and promptly update it when it changes

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, data miners) to extract content
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary content or materials without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use our services to compete with or harm Nusrat Jahan LLC

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, videos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Nusrat Jahan LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the website content for your own personal or business use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Content you submit (questions in community spaces, form responses, testimonials) may be used by us for business purposes, including marketing, with your consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including your effort, market conditions, and platform changes.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party platforms, tools, or services referenced or linked from our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nusrat Jahan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nusrat Jahan LLC, its agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of this Agreement, or any content you submit.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. Class actions are not permitted.

11. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use our website or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any breach of this Agreement, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall do so.

12. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we may notify you by email.

13. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nusrat Jahan LLC regarding your use of the website and services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
