Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident investing in working with us. This page outlines our refund terms clearly, broken down by the type of service or product.

Project-Based Services

Applies to: Build It, VIP Launch Week

Once the service is completed, no refund is available. Our work is bespoke — time, strategy, and expertise have been invested on your behalf.

If you change direction or decide not to proceed mid-project before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, calculated based on the work completed to date and any hours already logged. This will be discussed transparently and documented in writing.

To begin a project, a deposit is typically required. This deposit is non-refundable once we have commenced work, as it secures your place in our schedule and covers initial planning and discovery.

Monthly Retainer Services

Applies to: Keep It Running

Retainer engagements are billed monthly. To cancel, 30 days' written notice is required prior to your next billing date.

No refund is issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed. Your access and service continue until the end of the paid period.

Digital Products

Applies to: Launch-Ready Tech Kit, and any future digital downloads or mini-courses

Refund terms for digital products are stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not available unless the product is materially different from what was described. If you believe this applies to your situation, please email us.

Memberships

Applies to: SheBoss Tech Squad Membership (when active)

Our memberships include a satisfaction guarantee as described on the membership sales page. If you engage fully with the membership and do not experience a meaningful step forward in your tech journey, email us and we will discuss a refund — no matter when you enrolled. We stand behind the value of the community and content we provide.

Free Resources & Challenges

Free challenges, lead magnets, and downloadable resources do not involve payment. There is no refund policy applicable.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@nusratgeek.com with:

  • Your name and the email address used at purchase
  • The product or service you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
