Vanessa's course needed more than a sales page. It needed a warm-up system. The evergreen webinar funnel was built to run year-round: register, watch, replay, decide. At the end of that flow, the sales funnel was waiting.

The brief

A full evergreen webinar system on Kajabi: registration page, webinar room, replay page, and email sequences timed to run automatically. The whole thing needed to connect cleanly into the Freelancer to Founder sales funnel at the end of the replay flow.

The build

Registration page, webinar room, and replay page built and linked in sequence. Email sequences were timed to fire at the right moments: before the webinar, after registration, and following the replay, to keep subscribers moving through the flow without manual intervention. Two rounds of revisions before final handover. Loom walkthrough recorded covering the full journey from opt-in to replay to sales page.

The result

An automated webinar system that runs without Vanessa touching it. Subscribers enter at registration and move through to the sales page on their own timeline. The funnel was built to run year-round, not just for one launch window.
