Jenna was moving her Cosmically Confident Group Coaching Programme from Podia to Kajabi and needed the transition handled cleanly - preserving her course structure, student experience, and brand feel. The project covered everything from the student library design to module uploads, thumbnail creation, and a migration offer to bring existing Podia students across.
The student experience couldn't dip during a platform change. Jenna's people were paying for a feel as much as a curriculum - that feel had to land identically on Kajabi from day one.
I redesigned the student library to match her brand, uploaded every module and resource, made fresh thumbnails for each lesson, and architected a migration offer that pulled existing Podia students into the new home with an upgrade incentive.
Migration day was a non-event. Students logged in, saw familiar branding, found their lessons, kept going. No support tickets, no broken progress, no drama.
