A nonprofit client needed a full course built and published in Thinkific - every module, every lesson, all set up and ready for students. Testing the sign-up flow before handover caught something easy to miss: two welcome emails landing in one inbox instead of one. That got flagged and fixed before launch.
Build a complete course in Thinkific and hand it over ready to go. Every module, every lesson, nothing left half-done.
The course went in from start to finish - every module, every lesson, all written and published. Students got a quiz with feedback on right and wrong answers, plus a lesson they could fill in directly instead of using a separate document. A downloadable resource was added through Lovable, and a link to more case studies was placed in the last module. One thing only shows up when you actually test a real sign-up: Thinkific sends its own welcome email at the same time as the custom one. Without turning it off, every new student gets two emails instead of one. That got flagged for the client to switch off before launch.
Everything was tested for real before handover - sign-up, thank you page, both emails, course access, quiz, completion email. All of it worked. A second course already sitting in the account was flagged for the client to look at, and one open decision - where to place the feedback survey - was left for the client to make, not decided for them.
